This service sets a cookie named 'fomo_purge' and also sets a second cookie named 'fomo_consent'. The cookie 'fomo_purge' is set to the user's current timestamp (in milliseconds) which then tracks how long it has been since the user was shown a fomo popup in order to determine when it should be displayed again, and if it should be displayed. The cookie 'fomo_consent' is used to track whether or not the user consented to the cookie being set.
