Looking for a Didomi alternative?

Didomi is built for publishers and large advertisers: unlimited domains, cross-domain sync, TCF. If you are a shop or an agency with a handful of sites, you are buying a sales process you do not need.

Why people switch from Didomi

  • No self-serve and no free tier — every plan goes through sales.
  • White label starts at the middle tier, and the SLA and a named account manager only at the top one.
  • Support is described as basic on the lower tiers.

Cookifi compared with Didomi

What you are comparing Cookifi Didomi
Pricing model Flat monthly base from €10 plus usage on read events; the first 10,000 events each month are free. Enterprise, quote only, in three tiers. Moving from Didomi to Cookifi

  1. 1

Export what you can from Didomi.

Ask your account team for an export of the consent records before the contract ends — nothing about a self-serve export is documented — and keep it for your records. Cookifi re-detects cookie categories with its own scan.

  2. 2

Create the Cookifi property, run a scan, and review the suggested categories.

  3. 3

Paste the Cookifi script, then remove the Didomi script or deactivate its plugin.

  4. 4

Re-point Consent Mode: Cookifi sets the defaults through the Google icon, and the consent tag or template from Didomi comes out of GTM.

  5. 5

Verify in GTM Preview or Tag Assistant that tags wait for consent, and keep the old consent-log export for your records.

Typical time: 20 to 30 minutes for a hosted-script CMP, plus about 15 minutes for a WordPress plugin you have to deactivate, delete and clear the cache for.

What you get with Cookifi

A flat base, not a tier ladder

One monthly base from €10 plus usage on read events — the first 10,000 each month are free. Subdomains and team members are unlimited, so a second site is not a second plan.

Support that answers

Live chat and email on every plan, with a human response within one business day on Enterprise. We are a small team, which is why the things customers ask for tend to ship quickly.

Live in under 10 minutes

One script in the head, a scan that suggests the categories for you, and a 14-day trial that needs no card.

Built for the modern stack

Google and Microsoft Consent Mode v2 are first-class, GA4 and GTM are the default path, and Cookifi is a Google-certified CMP partner.

Frequently asked questions

I am a publisher selling programmatic inventory.

Then stay. Didomi is a registered TCF CMP and Cookifi is not — TCF is on the roadmap and not shipped. That is a hard requirement, not a preference.

What does Cookifi give an agency instead?

One account with properties grouped per client, unlimited subdomains and team members on every plan, and a flat base plus usage rather than a quote per client.

Do I lose cross-domain consent sync?

Yes — syncing one visitor's consent across separate domains is not a Cookifi feature. If several of your domains are really one product to a visitor, that is worth weighing.
